Directions
The first trip to my office can be a tiny bit tricky, as some GPS systems give inaccurate directions. Please take note of the following tips:

The office is the first set of buildings on your right when you pull into the complex.  We are on the first floor and when you enter into the building you will see our logo and name on the glass door.  Feel free to wait in our waiting room and grab a cup of tea or coffee while a provider comes to greet you.

The practice shares a space with nutritionists who specialize in the treatment of eating disorders for in-house support and to keep consistent with the values of our practice.  We are very excited about this upcoming growth and hope to be a support to the area.  The suite is upstairs and overlooks a tranquil area of Richmond.  Feel free to make yourself comfortable in the waiting room and your provider will greet you when they are ready for your session.
