Clarity is a comprehensive, integrative, and dynamic team that has many opportunities for growth.  Clarity is in need of a provider to work in the Gainesville location, with the option to also work remote for a portion of the hours.  

We typically hire independent contractors, so that the provider can have flexibility and autonomy while doing what he/she does best.  Clarity offers weekly supervision, paid clinical team meetings, compensation/reimbursement for continued education credits, and supervision toward licensure and/or CEDS certification for those who are working toward certification.  We work closely as a team and are excited to grow in our Gainesville Reston location.  

Clarity in Gainesville is looking for a Virginia Licensed Therapist/Psychologist that specializes in eating disorders. He/She must enjoy working with individuals, families and providing group therapy. Family-Based Therapists or CEDS Certified therapists are highly regarded.  The provider can be working toward licensure, however we are looking for someone who has experience in the field of eating disorders and supervision can be provided here at Clarity.  2 years+ experience and at least 1 year must be in the field of eating disorders to qualify for this position.  The current open position is for a provider who can work about 1- 2 evenings a week or weekends due to the high need for teen and parent support and office availability.  Virtual work is an option during the work week, however Clarity is motivated to offer in person support for those in our community who benefit with face to face therapy.

Employment for Trained Dialectical Behavioral Therapist and/or RO DBT Therapist

Clarity in Gainesville is looking for a Virginia Licensed Therapist/Psychologist that specializes DBT along with other modalities. He/She must enjoy working with individuals, families and providing group therapy. Training through Behavioral Tech is highly regarded or direct training with Dr. Lynch.  Our team is currently in the process of gaining Level 1 certification in RO-DBT and there are openings for providers to help facilitate classes starting in February 2024.
