SAFETY MEASURES FROM COVID-19 AT CLARITY

I am writing to let you to know that Clarity is taking this very seriously and the safety of our clients and staff is our top priority, and measures are already being taken to guarantee everyones safety.   To learn more, please click HERE for our contract for in-person sessions, which expands on our policy.  Clarity has moved all individual, family, and group therapists to the ZOOM platform however are in the process of transitioning back to face-to-face support on a case by case basis.  Thankfully therapists at Clarity have been providing virtual therapy for over a decade, so despite the change in location,  we are still committed to providing evidenced based treatment.... now under your roof!  We are currently taking on new clients so please contact us if you would like to set up an intake or learn more about the practice.

WE ARE TAKING PRECAUTIONS BEFORE OUR CLIENTS/FAMILIES ENTER CLARITY AND ARE ASKING YOU THESE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:

 

In the past 48 hours, have you experienced the following symptoms? 

 

1. Fever or chills

2. Cough

3. Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

4. Fatigue

5. Muscle or body aches

6. Headache

7. New loss of taste or smell

8. Soar throat

9. Congestion or runny nose

10. Nausea or vomiting

11. Diarrhea

   

 

IF YOU HAVE ANSWERED YES TO ANY OF THESE QUESTIONS, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MEET FOR VIRTUAL THERAPY FOR 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO ENTERING THE OFFICE SPACE.
